Murphy Herself
Murphy Herself
Murphy is a dark bay 16.3HH with two white socks behind. She is an old stayer type mare so her offspring should be good eventing and showing types. Murphy was bred as a riding horse for Kate, unfortunately a paddock accident early on forced her into a career of a broodmare. That hasn’t stopped her making the most of life!
She has produce some outstanding progeny. Please scroll down
TIRAUMEA ROB ROY – 4yrs 17.2 HH by Gentleman George
Testimonial from Robbies Owners, Ginny and Stu, Castlepoint Station.
“Here’s Robbie in August – straight out of the paddock from being turned out for 6 months. We saddled him up, straight on and off Stu went – no nonsense, just a sane and sensible young horse. Lou said his wither is higher than The Butler so we’re guessing he’s around 17.2hh, very impressive to stand next to. He is medium boned and very up- front and light on his feet when he goes. He has a huge walk and trot and a rocking horse canter.
We do really love him – he’s a buddy for life for us.
take care Ginny”
Update – Rob Roy finished his first season showjumping successfully jumping 1.20m He is superbly strong and has a very correct jumping style.

TIRAUMEA TRAVERS – 16.2 Bay and White Gelding
CURTIS HIMSELF 2012 – By Ironman – EMH 17. +HH – FOR SALE $2000 + GST
Like his siblings, this colt is super friendly and confident. This cross produces offspring that have lovely natures. Horses that will get under your skin, just like Curtis Himself has done with Kate already, he is her favorite this season. Excellent choice as a mans hunter/ showjumper. Both older brothers are now jumping competitively as well as stock-work and hunting. This is a proven line and is producing some excellent horses.
